Booking Conditions
Full payment must be received prior to the event for entrance to be guaranteed. A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent to the delegates upon receipt of booking. Should the booked delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. Cancellation done 30days before the event will be subjected to 20% cancellation fee. Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable.
